Welcome to the Heimach Center

and DeKalb County Council on Aging!

Heimach Center has

services for Everyone!

When people think about the HEIMACH CENTER, they usually think senior citizens. Actually, they wouldn’t be wrong. Although the Heimach Center does come under the heading of the “DeKalb County Council On Aging”, we are so much more. To find out more, take a peek at our services and D

Changes in our horizon at DART Transportation/Heimach Center! 2018 is a year of change!

 DART Vehicle Garage

construction has begun!

Although, we have reached our goal, our Project Manager shares that most projects of this magnitude can exceed projections;  so we have a way to go.

If you have been considering a donation but wondered when the project would move forward, the time has come and your donations are still appreciated.

If you have already donated-THANK YOU!

DART vehicles and drivers will soon be under cover and sheltered from the elements.

To all donors of gifts large and small; you helped to make this project possible and our agency and the thousands that will be served in the decades to come are truly in your debt!

Check out our video to see all that The Heimach Center and Dart Transportation have to offer our community and surrounding area!
